We do this by providing tools to help sellers of any size to start, run and grow a successful business: Online Shop and Point of Sale system, Payment, Marketing, Shipping or Communication solutions. Today we convinced Santander and Microsoft to join our mission and help us to power over 5.000 businesses in Germany, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager you will play a key role within driving projects that span across payever. You will be responsible for major product and feature initiatives. Your impact is felt across the company. You spend a significant proportion of your time to develop different business solutions of payever.

In this role, your day will look something like this:

  • You work closely with developers and the product manager to build solutions for our platform

  • Create JIRA tickets and ensure that the requirements are clear and get delivered

  • You drive functional and technical delivery of key team-, org-, and company-wide initiatives

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, scope, and build features

  • Create functional specifications, project / release plans, and roadmaps

  • Help drive product decisions to align with higher company initiatives.

  • Guide and manage the usage of agile methodologies to simplify project delivery

You'll fit right in if you have the following skills:

  • 1-2+ years as a project manager working directly with developers

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or a related field.

  • Consistent track record of shipping products with customer impact

  • Demonstrable experience with agile software development methodologies and productivity tools

  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability to communicate and build relationships with highly - technical management teams.

  • Strong analytic and project management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve systemic issues

  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships, and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.

It’s not expected that any single candidate would have expertise across all of these areas—we’re looking for candidates that are particularly strong in at least one area, and have some interest and capabilities in the others.

Nice to have requirements:

  • Web or Internet start-up environment and technical infrastructure management experience.
